Information Collection and Use
For a better and seamless experience, while using our Mobile application, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:
- Photograph, Location, Phone Number, Details of your visits to our Mobile Application and the resources that you access.
- Information provided to us when you communicate with us for any reason.
- Providing location access to show nearby offers, classified ads and restaurants
- Providing camera/gallery access to upload your profile picture or to attach an image to your classified ad.
The Mobile Application does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Access to Information
All the information is available to support staff on a need-to-know basis. They have access to personal information needed for necessary support, but may not use it for any other purposes. Further, they process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and as permitted by the applicable law.
Log Data
In case of an error in the Mobile application, we would like to inform you that we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone, known as Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the Mobile Application, the time and date of your use of the Mobile Application, and other statistics.
Cookies / Shared Defaults
Cookies or Shared Defaults are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are stored inside the Mobile Application's container in the internal memory of your phone as you use the application.
The Mobile Application uses Cookies/Shared Defaults to store information regarding your Mobile Application's usage and your session data to ensure a smooth and seamless user experience. The Mobile Application also encrypts this data so it is not accessible by other applications or services,or by a jail-broken/rooted device either.
The Mobile Application may share some non-personally identifiable information with third party code and libraries to improve your user experience. However, If you choose to clear the App Data on your phone, all the stored container data is cleared. If you do choose to clear the data , you may not be able to use some features of the Mobile Application and might have to log in freshly again.
On occasion, we may gather information about your phone for our services and to provide statistical information regarding the use of our Mobile Application to our advertisers. Such information will not identify you personally as it is merely a statistical data about our visitors and their use of our Mobile Application. This statistical data does not identify any personal information whatsoever.

Purchases made on the Mobile Application
Vantage Circle Mobile Application uses PayU Payments (also known as PayUMoney) to perform online transactions.
For enabling you to make payments using our Services, PayU may, upon your consent, store your financial information such as your bank account or details mentioned on your credit cards or debit cards, or other payment instrument details etc. that are required for a successful transaction. For certain Services, including our bill payment service, PayU requires your bill payment account information such as your account number, payment history, your account history with PayU etc. We also store transaction details such as amount spent, merchant name, transaction ID, date and time of transaction, of your e-commerce transactions. Furthermore, we may also store information relating to your income and lifestyle levels.
PayU Payments does not store your CVV or bank passwords.
In order to improve the user experience, there is also an optional provision to store the Card Number/ Expiry and your Name.
We would like to clarify that all information stored by PayU Payments is in accordance with PCI DSS Certification standards.
Retention and Storing Your Personal Information
Vantage Circle is a platform hosted in the cloud and we use cloud infrastructure around the world for geographic redundancy/failover while storing our customer data.
Unless you ask us to do so, we will store and retain your data forever and we do not delete any of the information you have entered into our platform even on termination or suspension of your account.

Wherever we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password so that you can access certain parts of our Mobile Application, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
Disclosing Your Information
Wherever applicable, we may disclose your personal information to any member of our group. This includes our subsidiaries, our holding company and its other subsidiaries (if any). We may also disclose your personal information to third parties: Wherever we sell our Company or all of our business and/or our assets to a third party; where we are legally required to disclose your information, solely done to assist fraud protection and minimise credit risk.
Choice and Content
We provide all users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from us,or on behalf of our partners, after setting up an account. If you want to remove your contact information from all our lists and newsletters, please visit My Account Section to Unsubscribe. We do not sell or share any of your personal information without your consent.
If it is required to share any of your information with a third party, we take your consent before sharing the same.

Once your information is in our possession we adhere to strict security guidelines, protecting it against unauthorized access.
